Fireside Chat: Understanding Your Veteran Healthcare Benefits
The MOAA Alamo Chapter is pleased to introduce our new Fireside Chat series—smaller, more casual gatherings designed to give members greater access to subject-matter experts, meaningful conversation, and plenty of time for questions.
For our first Fireside Chat, we welcome Veterans HealthCare, a MOAA Affinity Partner dedicated to helping veterans, military retirees, and their families better understand their healthcare benefits. Veterans HealthCare has assisted more than 23,000 military retirees with navigating Medicare options, protecting their existing military healthcare coverage, and maximizing available retirement benefits—all at no cost.
Veterans HealthCare will lead an informal conversation about Medicare, TRICARE For Life, and other healthcare options and answer questions from members.
Unlike our larger Chapter programs, Fireside Chats are intentionally kept small—approximately 25–30 members—to encourage conversation and give attendees more opportunity to engage directly with our guests.
